Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • Unused, non-custom made items with original packaging and tags may be returned within 30 days of purchase/shipment.
  • Please contact us before sending your item to the address on the packing slip, E9432A South Avenue, Reedsburg, WI 53959
  • Please include a copy of the receipt or packing slip with a note indicating if the item(s) is being returned for refund, exchanged, or returned for store credit.  (Store credit is in the form of a gift card to our store, emailed to you.)
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer except in the case of our error or a fault in the unused product.
  • All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee except in the case of our error or a fault in the unused product.  Items exchanged are not subject to the restocking fee.  Items returned for store credit are not subject to the restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the item(s).
  • Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable.  Gift Cards expire after five years.

 

Custom-Made Harnesses and Parts

Ultimately, the purpose in submitting the measurements of your horse is that major adjustments shouldn’t be necessary if the horse was measured properly.  If a particular part isn't made to the measurements you provided, we will replace that part for free. 

If a part was made to the measurements you submitted and doesn't fit the horse you measured, you are welcome to reorder that part for a 10% discount. 

We will not accept custom made parts for exchange anymore.  We cannot return them to the harness maker.
