Boyd Exell worked closely with the craftsmen at Bombers Bits to design the BE Driving Range of bits. Boyd has been crowned four-in-hand world champion six times, as well as winning the FEI World Cup Driving Championship ten times.
Using the combination of innovative styling and some never before seen mouthpieces in traditional driving cheekpieces, the BE Driving Range of bits are sure to be the bits of choice in the carriage driving community! Much time and thought has gone into the design of the BE cheekpieces to be attractive as well as optimally functional.
Born out of one man’s passion for everything equestrian, Pete "Bomber" Nel started making horse bits in 2001 in his garage in South Africa as a hobby and now Bombers is a global company employing 30 people. Bombers horse bits are entirely handcrafted. All the component parts are welded, formed, and ground by hand. The sweet iron, after heat treatment, gives off a striking and attractive deep blue tint which will fade and lightly rust after use, producing a taste that most horses like. The size and brand name are stamped on the left-hand side of the horse bit. The Bombers Lifetime Guarantee covers all stainless steel, sweet iron, and brass products from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Bits that have been used are not returnable. See our return policy here: Return / Refund Policy
