Known as a Liverpool BE RT Pivot 90 from Bombers Bits, in the US we refer to this style of bit as an Arch Liverpool but with a twist. The pivoting mouthpiece has a break in the middle to allow the sides to work independently.
The mouthpiece arches up and pivots in the middle, while the swivel cheeks are a traditional Liverpool cheek with Boyd Exell styling. Boyd Exell recommends this to allow the horse to be rounder and take more contact.
