Shipping policy

  • Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, and that it is a safe place to leave packages.  Include instructions in the address if you need the package left somewhere specific.
  • We ship most orders via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and use actual shipping rates to save you money.  Some larger packages can be shipped via UPS.
  • Items in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.  Items not in stock usually ship the same day or next day that we receive the product from the supplier.
  • We do not offer Express shipping.  Not only is it extremely expensive, but our small business can't guarantee that specific products are in stock to ship the same day.
  • You will receive a notification of shipment and a tracking number for all orders coming from our store.  If you don't get a notification, please check your spam folder.
  • IVC-brand harnesses and custom parts ordered from the US are shipped directly from the harness maker usually via UPS. 
  • The IVC-harness maker usually sends us the tracking number(s) for full harness sets only.  We do not receive tracking numbers for individual IVC harness parts shipped from the harness maker.
  • Shipping is free for most IVC, Ideal, and Zilco-brand harness sets sent to domestic US addresses.  Harnesses ordered from International locations are shipped from our store once the harness maker has sent it to us.  Cost will vary.
  • Whips must ship in their own tube. We cannot ship whips internationally.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or any other shipping carrier.
