Driving Cone Measuring Stick - for Skinny Obstacles

We have adjusted the measurement tape of our regular Driving Cone Measuring Stick to be used with Skinny sets of cones, which are set 5 cm less width than regular sets.  This allows the volunteer to just set the cones to the measurement called, and not have to do math, reducing the possibilities of errors.
