Zilco Elastic Rein Retainer

A fantastic safety product that is a simple way of ensuring a dropped rein does not fall outside the carriage. The end of the retainer is looped around the framework of the carriage and then buckled to the rein end. This means it can easily be retrieved to regain control and avoid an accident.

The retainer should be attached to the vehicle where it is out of the way of the driver and passenger dismounting the carriage. It should also be in a position where the passenger or backstep passenger can reach it in the event of the driver getting thrown from the carriage.
